CHADWICK, Patricia “Trish”
Late of Cranbrook, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 18th November 2025 with her loving family at her side.
Devoted Mother to Rachael and Meegan.
Cherished Nana to Gracy, Rayne, David, Charlize, Jack and Henry.
Trish will be sadly missed by her many family and friends in Australia and New Zealand.
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a CELEBRATION OF TRISH’S LIFE which will commence at 1:30 p.m. THURSDAY 27th NOVEMBER 2025 at Woongarra Crematorium Chapel, Bruce Highway, Townsville.

'In lieu of flowers, please either make a toy/gift donation to the children's ward at your local hospital, bring a toy/gift to Trish's service so we can ensure it gets to the kids for xmas, or make a donation to 'Act for Kids' in Trish's honour.'
