Kelli Jayne died peacefully on Sunday, surrounded by family and love with her last thoughts for her precious children Dru and Anais.

Heartfelt thanks goes to Epworth ICU for the compassion and care shown to us and our dear, brave Kelli. She is part of us all forever.
