Passed away peacefully at the QEH aged 95years.

Loved and loving wife of Don (deceased).

Cherished mother and mother-in-law of

Grant & Julie,

Andrew & Wendy.

Much loved Grandma of Rachel, Steven, Amy,

Kane and Jack.

Great Grandma to Ollie.

So many treasured memories to hold in our hearts.

The family would like to thank all the staff who were involved in Joan's care

during her time at Anglicare Grange.

Thank you also to the staff in ward NGB at the QEH for their care and for making

Joan so comfortable in her last few days.
