Children gathered eagerly to meet an impressive array of creatures up close — among them a baby crocodile, slithering snakes, a gentle turtle and a striking water dragon.
Each session gave young learners a wonderful, hands-on introduction to wildlife habits and habitats, with the children getting to interact directly with their scaly and furry new friends.
Visits like these bring learning to life for regional childcare communities, igniting a lasting curiosity about the natural world and the remarkable wildlife found right here in their own backyard.
