The Tigers have wasted no time this off-season in their bid to improve on a disappointing season.
Missing finals again is surely not an option for new coach Marty Hore.
And he’s worked to secure a further 13 players for next year alongside ruck Ryley and midfielder Mitch.
In addition to those retained, there will be a new Tiger in the mix.
Jordan Humphreys is a recruit from Calder United Lions, where he was a co-coach.
And this versatile talent has four flags on his career CV — most recently with Calder in 2025.
These were flags Humphreys played a significant role in, being a three-time club best-and-fairest runner-up.
He also finished second once for a league medal — with Nullawil in the Golden Rivers league.
And in 2019 he was best on ground in the club’s grand final win.
So if the Tigers’ strategy is adding premiership pedigree, Humphreys clearly fits the bill.
