Passed away peacefully on 5 October 2026, aged 71, after a long illness.
Partner of Lan, devoted father to his only daughter, Georgina, and adored Papi to Sophie and Isabella. Loved son of the late Louise, cherished brother of Sheila and Tatiana, and uncle to Lisa and Vanessa.
A respected Professor of Dermatology, researcher and founder of the Psoriasis Eczema Clinic, Michael dedicated more than 40 years of his life to helping people living with complex skin conditions. His pioneering work and passion for research touched countless lives in Australia and around the world, leaving a lasting legacy in the field of dermatology.
Above all, Michael will be remembered by his family for the love and memories they shared, and by the many people whose lives he touched throughout his remarkable life.
You will be sadly missed, but forever in our hearts.
