Leonie passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on
14th September 2026, surrounded by those she loved, with words of love spoken around her. She passed peacefully and without pain.
Beloved wife and soulmate of Darryl for 39 years and his cherished wife for 36 years. The love of each others lives.
Deeply loved and devoted Mum to
Brianna and Matthew and much loved mother-in-law to Wade and Erin.
Adored Nanni to
Robin, Grace and Isla.
Leonie's greatest joy was her family and she treasured the time spent surrounded by those she loved. She had a love for travel and adventure, creating many wonderful memories with Darryl and dear friends along the way.
Leonie was also a much loved and active member of her community. She gave so generously of her time, energy and care, forming many treasured friendships and leaving her mark on the community that meant so much to her.
Her love, warmth and presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends and community. The memories she created and the love she gave so freely, will remain with us always.
