We were two young and adventurous brothers,

migrating from a small village in Italy,

to eventually settle in Adelaide,

in search of a better life.

Striving to realise what seemed like the impossible dream,

together, we did just that and made a name for ourselves

in the restaurant industry,

leaving our mark in the Hall of Fame.

As my older brother, you were my mentor,

my confidant and my strength.

I will miss you forever,

with all my heart,

until we meet again,

your beloved brother, Vittorio.
