The pressure was elite, and the way the boys played possession footy was great to watch.
The backline was amazing, repelling anything that came their way.

Sam Conallin, Jordyn Brain, Darby Edwards, Xander Strong, Mark Godfrey and Logan Andrews also performed well for Blighty, with Logan reciving the Good Sports Award.

Fourths
With no fifths game scheduled and with Mathoura being short on players, Blighty was able to give their older fifths a chance at a game.
Everyone was grateful for them stepping up to help out.
The game was played in a good manner, and Mathoura’s team will be one to watch in the future.
Clancy Grimwood was given the fifths’ Good Sports Award for being happy to help Mathoura out, and Ari Tremble was best on ground.
Other awards went to Elijah Hoskin, Bill Doherty, Nash Gordon and Lucas Hovenden.
For the fourths, Gabi Hoskin was awarded the Good Sports Award. She was happy to go over to help out Mathoura for half a game, with no complaints.
Langa Fevaleaki was best on ground playing a strong game in the centre, and Hugh Hovenden and Harlem Morgan were rewarded for their efforts in not stopping all game.
It was also great to have Andrew Frost back. He is always very consistent in helping his team out.
