PREMIUM News Golf report | February 9 By McPherson Media Group Feb 9, 2021 Campaspe Hold tight - we’re checking permissions before loading more content It was another great day for a game of golf on a nicely greened course, the result of regular watering and an inch of rain on Sunday. We played a stableford round with Grant Robinson (who just got his handicap) coming in with a great score of 37 points. He was stoked with his voucher from the Rochester Hotel. There was a tussle for the runner-up between Jeff Carnie and John Oakley, both on 31 points. John won the countback. Nearest the pin on the 5th was Jeff's, while Grant took the honours on 7. The straightest drive on the 4th went to Naida Belot. Next week we are trying ourselves out with a foursomes game, draw for partners. There will be an 8.30am assembly for a 9am hit off. We hope to see you there. More sport news Local tennis results Rochester falls to Flames Local bowls results By McPherson Media Group
