COACHES CORNER / ANDREW SALADINO
What’s the biggest focus for your group in 2026?
We're focusing on training numbers so we can continue to work on certain game styles and game plans.
That's been our focus over the summer and it's been really good so far.
What will supporters notice about this team?
Definitely a lot taller and a lot fitter this year.
We've brought in some guys that we think will help with the aerial stuff.
What’s your side’s greatest strength?
I think our depth this year.
All those numbers, it's going to put pressure on guys and create a healthy competitive training environment.
What still needs the most work?
Clearances and stoppages have been a deficiency of ours, something we've worked hard on.
We've brought in some some good mids that I think will help fix that.
What does success look like for this group in 2026?
Our goal is to play finals footy.
I don't think we were that bad last year, we had a lot of bad luck with injuries and depth, and we've fixed that issue.
