The event will take place at the beginning of autumn on Sunday, March 8, during the Labour Day weekend, with the meet blending country charm with city flair drawing a crowd of locals and visitors alike.
While there is expected to be a full slate of on-track thoroughbred racing action, there is plenty to do off track with a range of kids’ activities, live music from Jade Camden and hospitality packages to suit everyone.
General admission is $25 for adults, with children under-17 getting in for free, making it a great day out for families.
As is the standard with all ERC meets, there will be umbrella packages available for large groups, with standard, premium and shared umbrellas on offer from $30 per person.
For members, treat yourself to a two-course meal and reserved seating in the pavilion from $60 per person.
Experience the action up close with the all-inclusive Winning Post Bar Enclosure, which features a five-hour beverage package from 12.30pm to 5.30pm and a gourmet lunch catered by Two Tarts Catering at $180 per person.
The Pink Pony Club Marquee is another exclusive option for patrons, with plenty of live music from Piano Man and Joss Russell, nibbles throughout the afternoon and a four-hour drinks package in the courtyard.
Courtesy buses will be running throughout the day from Echuca Hotel and the Caledonian Hotel and from Moama from the Border Inn and Moama Bowling Club, running from 11am to 6pm with additional buses from selected caravan parks.
