The Grasshoppers defended their home ground in style, dominating Elmore 22.12 (144) to 3.5 (23) in round five action, improving to an unbeaten 4-0 overall.
Colbo was quick to establish an advantage, booting seven majors in the opening term to rush to a 38-point lead by the first interval.
The side continued to score consistently through the following quarters, logging 29 or more in each quarter while keeping the Bloods to one goal or less per term in the dominant result.

Brandyn Grenfell was all over the ball in the attacking 50, kicking a massive 10 goals for Colbinabbin, while Dean Smith (4) and Nick Knight (2) were also key contributors.
Elmore only managed three majors in the game, two coming from the boot of Jake Dick-O’Flaherty and the third from Liam Bianco.
A mid-table side in 2024, Colbinabbin has been the surprise force so far this season, sitting behind fellow undefeated side North Bendigo.
The two sides are set to face off for top position next weekend at North Bendigo Oval.
Meanwhile, Elmore has struggled to get things going in 2025 thus far, only picking up one win from five matches.
The Bloods have an opportunity to improve their win tally against winless Heathcote next week at Elmore Recreation Reserve.

Mount Pleasant vs North Bendigo
A battle of undefeated sides saw North Bendigo stake its claim at the top of the ladder, with the Bulldogs prevailing 12.14 (86) to 8.4 (52).
The last quarter was where North Bendigo really made its move after a tight three terms.
The Mounts got the best of the opening quarter.
As the Bulldogs sprayed five behinds around the goalmouth, Mount Pleasant slotted two majors for the first-quarter lead.
It held on to the advantage at the half, despite North Bendigo narrowly winning the second term.
The Bulldogs edged in front in the third, leading by two points at the final break, before bursting ahead with a seven-goal-to-two barrage in the last quarter.
Mount Pleasant will visit 2024 champion White Hills next weekend.
