Social Bowls Tuesday commences at 11am, names down at the very latest 10.15am please.
Winners on Tuesday were Dux, Shippy, Anne Summerill and Gary Brown.
Open Jackpot Pairs Saturday 11 th April
Twenty-four players played three bowlers Pairs.
The Jackpot score wasn't drawn; it stands at $96 plus next week's green fee allocation.
The outstanding Mixed Pairs rounds need to be played as soon as possible please.
The 2025-26 Men's Pairs Championship final is scheduled for Friday 17 th April at 4pm.
Sam Beaton and Shawn McMahon vs Justin Robb and Jordan Thornton.
This final has been postponed twice now, once due to the "heat rule", secondly to torrential rain !
This should be a good spectator match to watch.

The Match Committee can assist members on Tuesday and Saturday.
The RSL Bowls Club Annual General Meeting and Presentation of trophies is scheduled for Sunday May 3 rd at 10.30am in Ms Birdies.
The 2025-26 Club Championship trophies will be presented, as well as the prestigious eight pin in bowls.
We will also be honouring four Super Veteran members with their badges.
Plus a Life Member nomination. Family Members are welcome to attend the Presentation after the Meeting.
Bowls Victoria State Weekend Pennant
The Corowa RSL Division A1 Pennant team will be representing Ovens and Murray District and of course Corowa RSL Bowls Club.
The Tournament will be played in Moama April 25 th and 26th.
Selected Team members, Stuart McNeill, Jordan Thornton, Scott Widdison, Sam Beaton, Chris Cooney, Shawn McMahon, Chris Randell, Andy Dickins, Danny Webb, Ken Widdison, Justin Robb, Wayne Lee, Manager Judy Black and emergency Troy Brockley.
Coach Chris Cooney has organised practice games on Thursday 16 th and 24 th from 4pm till 6pm.
The team leaves for Moama on the 24 th and will practice that afternoon.

Corowa Civic Bowls Club
Corowa Civic Bowls Club hosted teams to Corowa to participate in the Edinburgh Shield on Saturday and Sunday.
Games are played in many destinations throughout the state.
Corowa Civic has been chosen by the Defence Personal to play at Corowa for many years. The teams that played in Corowa were Trafalgar/Thorpdale/Moe, Kingsbury/Darebin, Doncaster, Ocean Grove/Barwon Heads, Keilor East and Queenscliff/Port Lonsdale with over 100 bowlers taking part.
There were lots of compliments for our greens, saying how good in was to play on grass after most usually play on artificial greens.
A big thank you to Andy our greenkeeper for having the greens in great condition.
The weather wasn’t as kind this weekend, the temperature was giving us a taste of winter, the players didn’t seem to mind saying it was a lot better than down Melbourne way. A big thank you to the bar and catering staff, the bowlers were very appreciative of their meals on both days.
Shane Rosenow, President of Corowa Civic, presented the winners Ocean Grove/Barwon Head with their certificate after all scores were finalised. We hope to see you all again next year.
Social bowls was played on Wednesday, which was a lovely sunny autumn day, there were 18 players taking part, we welcomed Darryl and Gary Brown from Corowa RSL and Graeme Smith and Alan Jones who were visiting Corowa. Winners on the day were Janet Davis, Gary Brown and Brian Shipcott with 2W + 32, Runners-up were Guy Rowe, Peter King and Alan Jones with 2W + 31.
Social bowls will be played on both Wednesday and Saturday starting at 12.30pm, names either on sheet at back gate or phone club on 0456188 056 no later than 11.30am.
Our next big tournament will be the Ladies Fours Two Day Tournament on Wednesday 6 th and Thursday 7 th May.
