Division A1 are currently on top of the ladder.
Corowa RSL defeated Yarrawonga at Yarrawonga 61/51.
Division A3 had a comprehensive win over Rutherglen 78/33, and remain second on the ladder behind Commercial Albury, both Albury and Corowa teams are well ahead of Chiltern and Rutherglen.
Division B2 had a big loss against Tungamah, the good news is they remain in the top four.
Weekend Pennant Round Nine
Division A1 lost to Wodonga at Wodonga and dropped to third.
Division A4 had a win over Dederang at Home 91/75.
Congratulations to Team Ernie King who won the prestigious eight pin in bowls.
Team, Jason Nicholls, David Lewis, Kevin Porter and Ernie King, good bowling.
Division B2 defeated Wangaratta at Wangaratta and they remain undefeated.
Corowa RSL 67, Wangaratta 49.
This team is top of the ladder ahead of Corowa Civic, Myrtleford, and YMGCR.
Division B3 lost to North Albury and are now sixth.
Laser levelling
Huge thankyou to the Volunteers who attended two "big" working bees ahead of the Laser levelling of the Leo Farrell green, thankyou volunteers.
Ovens and Murray Regional Team
Scott Widdison, Shawn McMahon, Danny Webb, Chris Cooney, Sam Beaton, Stuart McNeill and Justin Robb were selected to play the Goulburn Valley District challenge down at Civic Bowls.
Men's Singles Championship
The final pairing will be decided this week.
The remaining Match to be played, Shawn McMahon vs Wayne Lee will be played on Wednesday afternoon (today). The winner will play Stuart McNeill in the final.

Christmas "get together".
Following the final Weekend Pennant Round on Saturday December 13th, Members are having a Christmas party following bowls.
All members and friends are welcome.
Corowa Civic Bowls Club
deepest sympathy goes out to Pam and daughters, Jodie, Andrea and Kristen on their sad loss.
Civic has had a busy week with lots of events taking place at the club, on Thursday evening Chiltern Bowling Club were visitors for a practice against our club, then after we had a lovely BBQ, thank you Chiltern Bowling Club, we look forward to another practice match on Thursday evening.
On Friday morning the final of both the Mixed Pairs and Ladies Pairs took place on a very hot morning, both games started early because of the heat. In the Mixed Pairs Lynne Pyke and Paul Hickey played Caroline and Ian Lewis.
Ian and Caroline started off very well winning the first couple of ends, then Lynne and Paul got their eye in, winning the next 6 ends, after end 10 the score was Lynne and Paul 10 – 4 they kept their intensity up going on to win 20 – 8.
The Ladies Pairs was also being played at the same time between Jude Willett and Sue Curtis against Jan Wandel-Webber and Ann Sadowski.
This turned out to be a great close game. Jan and Ann won the first two ends, then Jude and Sue won the next 5.
After end 10 the score was Jan and Ann 10 to 9 for Sue and Jude. The score see-sawed between the two parties, at the end of end 17 the score was 14-14, on the last end Jan and Ann got a one to win the game.
A great game for all the members who came along to witness the finals. Congratulations Jan and Ann, and Lynne and Paul on their wins and great games Jude and Sue, and Caroline and Ian to play off in the final.
On Sunday Corowa Civic hosted a Challenge match between Ovens and Murray and Goulburn Murray, there were four Men’s and four Ladies teams of fours competing against one another.
The greens were in excellent running order, a lovely day weather wise after all the hot windy days we have had over the past couple of weeks.
A big thank you to the catering committee for providing a lovely lunch, also to the bar people manning the bar.
Goulburn Murray came away the winners on the day 261 – 259, a very close match.
Midweek Pennant – Round 8
Round 8 was a disappointing Round with both A1 and B2 losing their games and B1 having a Bye. A1 lost to Wodonga by 22 shots and B2 lost by 8 shots.
