Formerly the Deniliquin CWA Hall, the building has been transformed into a dedicated youth hub by the Deniliquin Youth Initiative, offering a safe and welcoming place for young people to connect, socialise and take part in future programs.
Local Deni High students were quick to give the new centre their approval.
“I really like it,” Braxton Lilford-Hansen said, while fellow student Helen Fevaleaki described it as “a really fun place to hang out.”
The Rotary Club of Deniliquin supported the night by providing a barbecue, while families, students and community members explored the space.
More details on youth‑focused activities will be released by the Deniliquin Youth Initiative soon.
