At 3am on Thursday, March 21, a would-be burglar wearing all-black clothing was seen using what appeared to be a jemmy bar to try to open the front door of a property on Commercial Dve.
The offender was unsuccessful in gaining entry.
Moments earlier, the offender was seen getting out of a white hatchback vehicle.
Beveridge
An operational camera trailer parked on Lithgow St was damaged on Tuesday, March 12, or Wednesday, March 13.
The offender smashed all cameras and solar panels, cut wires and hydrophilic pumps and damaged antennas.
The total value of the damage was $10,000.
• Between noon on Saturday, March 16, and 2.15pm on Sunday, March 17, front and rear registration plates were stolen from a vehicle on Paganica St.
• Between 8am and 7pm on Monday, March 18, a black and red Ninebot electric scooter was stolen from the Beveridge Community Centre on the corner of Lithgow St and Mandalay Circuit.
The scooter was locked to a bike rack with a combination lock, which is also missing.
• A truck was broken into on Ambrosia Way between 3.30pm on Friday, March 22, and 10am on Saturday, March 23.
A black and yellow Stanley toolbox containing various Stanley tools, a pallet jack, hi-vis work clothing, three sets of 12-volt black batteries and a black GME radio were stolen from the truck.
The total value of the stolen goods was about $2500.
