Participants at the Locky school holiday activities on Wednesday, January 14, showcased their creativity at the Lockington Library and Business Centre, designing and decorating their own special celebration cakes.
The young crafters transformed plain cake templates into personalised masterpieces, using their imagination with stickers, coloured markers and colourful scrap paper.
The Bunnings craft day was a hit on Friday, January 16, at Rochester library, with children working on craft projects under the watchful eye of parents, library staff and Bunnings helpers.
School holiday activities continue at the library with the Big Summer Read tea party fun (bookings necessary) on Tuesday, January 20, at 3.30pm, and all-day Lego and games on Thursday, January 22, at Rochester library, and party hat making at Colbinabbin depot on Wednesday, January 21, at 10.30am.
The Campaspe Shire Libraries planned various crafting activities taking place across the region, which are keeping children engaged over the summer school holidays.
Bookings for most activities are essential and can be made online, in person or by phone.
