Jerilderie Fire + Rescue NSW are in the process of having another firefighter trained to join their ranks.

Jerilderie Fire + Rescue NSW captain Andrew Bell said the brigade has a new recruit, Emma Bryce.
Bryce undertook training over the last two months in Wentworth.
The training consisted of two blocks of eight days and finished at the end of January.
Following that Jerilderie Fire + Rescue NSW station 336 have got official rescue training to make sure the brigrade is accredited.
The 12 day training is set to take place this February to March.
Cptn Bell said training is very important for the brigade and they do a lot of different training in order to be prepared to be on the front lines.
