Echuca police are investigating the cause of a three-vehicle crash on the Murray Valley Hwy at Koyuga on Thursday.

Campaspe Highway Patrol Acting Sergeant Joseph McKeown said a 35-year-old man driving a blue Toyota eastbound left his lane and collided with the side of a bus heading west towards Echuca between McDonald and Tehan Rds about 4.20pm.
“The car then spun out and collided with a blue station wagon also heading west,” Acting Sgt McKeown said.
The school bus and the station wagon, both driven by men and with no other occupants, suffered moderate damage in the collision.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to hospital with minor injuries, including scratches, to undergo precautionary medical assessments.
“Thankfully there were no major injuries. Just a few lucky motorists,” Acting Sgt McKeown said.
The highway was closed for several hours while emergency services responded to the scene and debris was cleared from the roadway. Traffic diversions were put in place during the closure.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
