A man has been found dead after a fire at Tallygaroopna on Monday, June 29.
Emergency services responded after a passing motorist spotted the fire on a property on the Goulburn Valley Hwy about 10.25am.
A bus, which is believed to have been used as a permanent home, was engulfed in flames.
The body of a man was located after the fire was extinguished.
At this stage, the man has not been formally identified, police said.
Four CFA units fought the blaze.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and a crime scene is in place.
Police are investigating the fire and detectives from the Arson and Explosives Squad will attend the scene.
