Chia Liang Saw, 41, was charged on Thursday with 15 fresh offences related to alleged sexual offences against children, Western Australian police said.
"As part of an extensive investigation that commenced in May 2026, detectives have identified a further seven victims who were allegedly sexually assaulted by the accused," a spokesman said.
"The accused has now been charged with a total of 72 offences relating to 18 victims."
The new charges include six counts of indecent dealing with a child under 13 and three counts of sexual penetration of a child under 13.
Saw, who was on bail, is scheduled to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday.
His alleged victims included patients, eight of them girls aged 12 to 15, a 10-year-old girl allegedly abused at his family home, and a 13-year-old girl allegedly exploited online.
The doctor, whose medical registration has been suspended, allegedly sexually abused and recorded child patients he was treating for ADHD.
