Echuca stayed unbeaten to keep its place on top, but Rich River shocked Stanhope in the round’s big upset.

Rochester visited Echuca Bowls Club to battle the league leader and made a good account of itself in the 14-61 to 2-54 result.
Echuca had the running of the Philip Thorn led rink, taking down Leigh Milgate’s contingent 26-15.

Steve Cunnington also earned points for Echuca, but had to fight hard against Richard Feuk’s quartet, only prevailing 17-16.
Rochester skip Leslie Walles guided his side to victory in the remaining rink, scoring a 23-18 victory.
Lower divisions
Division three had Lockington score strongly against Tongala, 14-75 to 2-52, with Steve Pavone and John Fisher each skipping big wins for Locky.
Trevor Nagorcka was a vital piece in Echuca’s biggest rink win.

Elmore outlasted Deniliquin 12-62 to 4-58, Raymond Williams scoring a massive 27-10 result to get his side home despite dropping the other two rinks.
Echuca won a close one against Rochester 14-54 to 2-52.

Jake McCallum earned points for Rochy, 20-14, but Echuca won the remaining rinks to sneak home.
In division four, Lockington won all three rinks over Tongala 16-68 to 0-45, with all three skips, Denise Gilmore, Shane Felmingham and Cindy Felmingham, scoring solidly.

Echuca hung on to defeat Rochester 12-55 to 4-53.
Although Wesley Bertuch and Mick McArdle both picked up wins for Rochy, the overall shots swung in Echuca’s favour.

Lockington took down Echuca Blue in division five, 14-41 to 0-32, with Rodney Fiedler’s rink responsible for most of the margin.
Echuca White had more success against Rochester, putting in a clinical performance to win 14-49 to 0-27.
