Elmore only got one in the yardstick and came third.
Echuca and Tongala both got three, but Noel West's Tonny team with the closest bowl won the day.

Selection Committee
A message from the chairman of midweek selectors – the selection committee are volunteers who were nominated and accepted nomination at the AGM.
The interest of the bowls club is their primary concern.
Members are asked to support them as an entity and the decisions that they make.
Selection each week is a process of collaboration and one not taken lightly.
In midweek pennant, we are fortunate to have excess players, which means some players need to be placed on an emergency list each week.
Where possible, the committee will be fair to players and rotate this selection at the same time, trying to keep teams relatively stable, taking into account the fact that some players need to stand out from play for various reasons.
This is certainly not an easy process, and the committee ask for consideration and support.
If for any reason, you have a suggestion or concern, please speak directly to a member of the selection committee or the chairman.
The midweek selection committee consists of Brian Kinnane (chairman), Heather Curnick, Francis Keech and Kathy Williams.

The first play-off was between Eaglehawk and Cohuna Golf over five live ends.

McLeod (s) and progressed to the final to play the Echuca/Moama four including E. Berryman, R. Blain, T. Egan, J. Dinsdale (s).
Both teams had a real arm wrestle trying to obtain the ascendancy, before scores were level at 3-all after three ends.
Echuca/Moama picked up three shots on the fourth end and appeared to have a stranglehold on the major trophies.
Not to be denied, M. Hofman, skipper for Cohuna Golf team, dead-ended the final end being three down and forced a replay.
