Friday’s winner was Joe Karakai (44-10-34), runner up was Chris Cameron (38-2.5-35.5), Doug Cameron won the putting with 14 putts, and ball winner was Wayne Crew (55-18-37).
Saturday’s winner was Doug Cameron (42-7-35), runner up was Marianne Whelan (49-14-35) — Marianne also won the putting with 12 putts — and ball winner was Chris Cameron (39-2.5-36).
Sunday’s stroke event was won by Rick Bradbury (79-8-71), runner up was Joe Karakai (91-20-71), Chris Cameron won the putting with 25 putts and ball winner was Gail Browne (87-12-75).
There will be no golf this Sunday, due to the Show and Shine event.
Finley
A great field contested Wednesday’s stableford medley.
Division 1 winner was Robert Daniel with 37 points, Division 2 winner was Kevin Tengstrom also with 37 points.
NTPs: 13th went to Sharon Pyle, 18th to James Braybon. Robert Daniel also claimed the Pro Pin on the 3rd to round off a good day. Ball winners were Colin McNamara 37, David Haynes 36, Trevor McCaw and Leo McNamara 36.
The course was the winner on Thursday getting some much-needed rain, but Friday’s fish comp was well supported with Robert Daniel claiming the win with 36 points on a countback.
NTPs: 13th was Sharon Pyle, 18th Robert Daniel. Ball winners were Ian Swain 36, Colin McNamara and James Braybon 34 c/b, special ball of the day went to Cameron Robertson.
Saturday saw a great field turn out to play in the Stableford medley.
The Division 1 winner was Dale Pyke 40 points, Annie Wood claimed Division 2 with 34 points.
NTPs: 13th went to Peter Taylor, 18th Sel Corcoran, Pro Pin on the 11th was claimed by Matt Wilson. Ball winners down the line were Mark Robertson 39, Norm Pyle 37, Kevin Tengstrom, Joel Gordon and Peter Taylor 36 and John Taylor 35.
A slightly smaller field participated in the Sunday Stableford medley.
Division 1 winner was William Smith 39 points c/b, Division 2 James Braybon 37.
Pro Pin was won by Mark Robertson, Alan hand collected the NTP on the 18th with a very nice shot. No players were able to land the 13th. Ball winners were Ryan Donkin 39, Michael Schwabe, Trevor McCaw 38, Brett Shaw 36, Lindsay Donkin 35c/b. Special ball of the day went to Rick Harris.
