The John Doody Award for service to the club went to Meghan and Jarrod Hanrahan, who have been involved with the club for years and have seen their three sons playing for it.
They have been the heart of this junior footy club. Passionate, always thinking of others, doing tasks with joy and always smiling and having a joke.
Meghan spoke about how it was a privilege to have known John (especially those early mornings when she needed a cab ride home) and just how much the award meant to them.
Meghan and Jarrod have now finished their final year at the club, as their son Toby has finished his last year.
