It was a lovely turn out for Monday’s stroke game, and the weather was kind.
Rod McAsey had a win last week with 54-18-36.
Frank Broucek gave him some hurry up when he finished as runner up on 44-7-37.
Naida Belot was so chuffed to make NTP 7th second shot, but then Michael Broucek came along and took it off her.
There was no claim for NTP 5th.
And Brian Broucek shot the straightest drive on the 9th.
We are having our Christmas Dinner at the Rochester Hotel on December 5.

Rochester
Two-ball ambrose events always bring out the competitive edge in most matches, as was the case in last Wednesday’s nine-hole event on the back nine.
Tim Quinlan and Kevin McCormack played some great recovery golf over the consistent pairing of Peter Anderson and Laurie Jackel for most of the round, until two birdies on 12 and 13, shooting 1 under for 35 saw them one shot ahead on the 18th hole.
Garry Charnas and Ken Lambert’s par round of 36 meant they were the unlucky runners-up after handicaps were taken into account.
Final nett scores were Quinlan/McCormack (30 1/4), Charnas/Lambert (30 3/4) and Anderson/Jackel (31).
Charnas won the nearest the pin by the barest of margins from McCormack on the short 12th.
The Rochester Golf Club extend their deepest sympathy to Ian and Roz Clark on the recent passing of Roz’s mother Ita Hastings.
