Fermor was already contracted for 2026 but his three-year extension keeps him out of the clutches of the Bears who will join the NRL in 2027.
It also ensures the Queensland forward is out of reach of the PNG Chiefs when they enter the competition in 2028.
The news is a huge boost for new coach Josh Hannay as he aims to rebuild the Titans.
The 27-year-old Fermor has been one of the best performers for the Titans in the past two seasons after missing 2023 with a torn ACL.
He played all 24 games this year and made his State of Origin debut for the Maroons in game one of the series.
The Titans have been poor overall the past two years, but Fermor with 92 NRL games for club under his belt has been a shining light.
"This club means a lot to me. They gave me the opportunity to achieve my NRL dream in 2020 and they've continued to back me throughout all the ups and downs of my career so far," Fermor said after signing.
"Most importantly, they've been extremely supportive for me and my young family and whilst I'm a Dalby boy at heart, the Gold Coast is my home now.
"I truly believe in where we're heading under Josh's leadership."
It was vital Hannay kept him on board amid a raid on his playing roster.
"Beau is the type of player every club wants ... hardworking, reliable and willing to do whatever it takes for his teammates," Hannay said.
"He represents the standards we want to be known for. His consistency and energy lift the entire group and knowing he's committed long-term is a huge step forward for us.
"I've had the great privilege to work with Beau in Origin camp previously and am extremely excited to expand on that here at the Titans as a key member of our forward pack."
Star half Jayden Campbell has a $6 million offer over five years on the table from Perth.
The playmaker is off contract at the end of next year and will make a decision on his future in the coming months.
Captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, a Test and Origin representative, is also being chased by the Bears with an even more lucrative opportunity than the one offered to Campbell.
Fa'asuamaleaui signed a 10-year deal at the Titans through until 2033 but has a get-out clause that enables him to join another club in 2027.
The 25-year-old has told AAP his preference is to stay at the Titans but wants to see improvement at the club in all areas before he commits.
He will give new coach Hannay, who was previously Maroons assistant coach, every chance to prove the Titans are on the improve.
