Man left hotel and did a burnout, police say

The vehicle was stopped by the police and the driver was breath-tested, allegedly returning a blood alcohol concentration of 0.064.

His car was impounded.

A man aged in his 50s from Toolamba will be charged on summons with careless driving, drink-driving and improper use of a vehicle.

He will face Shepparton Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
