Xmas lunch for Meals volunteers

All the volunteers who have helped deliver Meals on Wheels in the Edward River Council region came together for Christmas lunch on Friday.

Taking up more than half of the Deniliquin Bowling Club’s restaurant, the volunteers celebrated another year of helping others.

It was also a chance to celebrate the service coming under the banner of Uniting Care from December 1 this year.
