The festival will see folk and contemporary acoustic artists perform at a range of venues in regional communities, including Nanneella for the first time.
The Nanneella Committee Incorporated jumped at the chance to host the festival when expressions of interest opened up.
Amy Hearn said the festival would be a chance to bring the community together and to welcome visitors to town.
“We're just trying to bring a lot of fresh new people to Nanneella,” she said.
“This is a really exciting (opportunity) because we've got a beautiful hall.
“There's a lot of younger families here now, so we're just trying to get a new, fresh thing going and keep getting the community together.”
Irish-Canadian performer Irish Mythen and South Australian troubadour Kaurna Cronin are set to perform in Nanneella on Saturday, March 21.
Before those artists hit the stage in Nanneella, Stanhope duo Tessitura will open the night.
Tessitura comprises Claire Roberts and Glen Bowker, seasoned musicians with an impressive breadth of experience in the music industry.
The pair will perform a range of acoustic music, including original works and various Australiana, Irish and American folk and country songs.
The duo will hit the stage once the doors open at 6.30pm, before the main acts begin at 7.30pm.
Tickets to the show are $25 for adults, $15 for children aged six to 15 or free for children under five.
Depending on how many tickets are sold for the event, the Nanneella committee hopes to offer food, coffee, beverages and a free camping space behind the memorial hall.
Tickets can be purchased online at tinyurl.com/2at99akj or at the Nanneella General Store.
