Shaniah is involved in all parts of the smash repairs business.
She can help restore a vehicle to its pre-accident condition, which involves assessing damage, disassembly, repairing structural frames and panels, paint preparation, reassembling the vehicle and safety checks.
Her employers say investing in Shaniah will pay dividends.
She is already showing signs of becoming a master technician and business owner or mentor herself in the future.
