This year, Tom Wallace and Ethan Connolly are the trainees soaking up as much as they can from the talented team.
Both have had very similar experiences as second year apprentices, working at the End St business and attending TAFE in Shepparton monthly as part of the four year course.
At Deni Car Care, the apprentices take part in vehicle servicing, wheel alignments, trailer work and any other mechanical services that the business provides.
Clients have provided positive feedback about Tom and Ethan’s efforts over the past two years, saying they go “above and beyond” to make sure the clients get great service.
Deni Car Care has built a reputation on ‘training our own’, with owner Kevin de Kryger and mechanic Jayden Roe both completing apprenticeships at the business before becoming core team members.
Aydan Matthews is another finishing off his four-year apprenticeship at Deni Car Care this year, after completing his course at Albury TAFE.
Kevin and wife Kellie make sure to provide an extremely supportive environment for anyone wishing to develop a career in the automotive industry.
And that extends to the students they host each year as part of the Deniliquin High School work experience program too.
