Minor flooding has resulted in road closures in Seymour and Tallarook, following moderate rainfall across the Goulburn River catchment since Monday.

A minor flood warning encompassing the region between Lake Eildon and Seymour was issued on Tuesday, June 30 at 9.39pm.
A minor flood warning was also issued on Tuesday night for the Goulburn River downstream to Hughes Creek, with minor flooding occurring along Hughes Creek at Tarcombe Rd.
A minor flood warning has been issued for the Goulburn River catchment between Lake Eildon and Seymour.
The moderate rainfall has caused minor flooding in Seymour, and, as of Tuesday night, the Goulburn River at Seymour was at 4.39 metres and rising.
A minor flood peak was expected overnight on Tuesday, with 4.9m predicted, and into Wednesday.
SES forecast that the river would remain above the minor flood level of 3.8m until Wednesday afternoon.
Widespread rainfall is forecast to continue through to Friday, which is likely to bring about renewed rises and areas of flooding across the catchment.
A number of roads in Seymour and Tallarook have been closed as a result of the minor flooding.

Farmers are advised to consider moving livestock and machinery to higher ground.
