The four men — Hedley Moon, Robert Knight, Damien McInnes and John Pallot — were honoured during a dinner at the Rochester Hotel.
Campaspe Shire councillor Paul Jarman, who attended the event, congratulated the men at the Lions community breakfast the following day and said the night highlighted the important people who served the local community.
“All four of those people have been very significant around Rochester for a long time,” he said.
“There's 140 years of services between those four people — that’s a lot of hours.
“It was one of those nights where you get to go along, and you realise how good some people are in your community. (It) was a good example of people and an organisation that have served Rochy very well.”
