A most enjoyable outing, the weather was very kind to the group - with a very pleasant 24°C.
Members enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch, followed by a leisurely stroll through the park and along the walking track.
The last get together for the year will be the December meeting.
It will be part of the combined Christmas luncheon at the Historic Hydro Leeton, hosted by The Leeton Waterwheel Garden Club.
Meetings will then recommence in March 2026.

The Coleambally Country Women’s Association will host a vital talk on domestic and family violence this Friday.
The Coleambally-Argoon branch is inviting the community to what will be a powerful and informative event aimed at raising awareness about domestic and family violence (DFV) and how individuals and communities can help prevent it.
The event will be led by The Reverend Canon Sue-Ellen Chilvers, who is Rector of the Parish of Coleambally-Darlington Point and diocesan representative on DFV issues.
Rev Chilvers will speak on the many forms of domestic and family violence - ranging from physical abuse to emotional, verbal, financial, social, spiritual, and reproductive abuse - and offer guidance on how communities can support survivors and advocate for change.
The session will take place this Friday from 10am to noon at the Coleambally Community Club.
All members of the public are encouraged and welcome to attend.
The CWA hopes the event will spark greater community engagement and encourage more coordinated efforts between government and local groups to prevent DFV and support those affected.
