Jillian Segal, who was appointed to the role by the federal government in 2024, will testify to the royal commission on Thursday when it examines anti-Semitism education and training, as well as its effectiveness.
In a report released in 2025, the special envoy called for Holocaust and anti-Semitism education to be put in place in national and state school curriculums.
The education plans would be co-ordinated with government, independent and Catholic school systems.
The plan also called for guidance to the government on anti-Semitism education for teachers and public officials to ensure a foundational and practical understanding.
It comes as an anti-Semitism education taskforce launched a social cohesion education hub, which brought together resources on anti-Semitism education into schools.
The hub, which rolled out from late June, was among the recommendations made in Ms Segal's report.
The hub has 50 resources available on it, with half focusing on anti-Semitism.
However, it's envisaged the number of resources for teachers and students will grow over time.
The Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority had worked with the taskforce on reviewing the Australian curriculum to deal with anti-Semitism.
Ms Segal previously gave evidence to the royal commission earlier in July when it was examining the role of the media.
She told the commission an independent oversight committee should be set up to review the ABC's compliance with its charter obligations.
Ms Segal aired concerns the public broadcaster's coverage of the Middle East disproportionately aired anti-Israel voices.
The ABC's editorial director Gavin Fang told the commission it relied on existing editorial guidelines on hate speech, adding he did not know how an external oversight body would operate effectively.
Other witnesses to give evidence on Thursday include renowned Jewish-Australian historian Suzanne Rutland, who currently serves as a professor emerita at the University of Sydney.
Board of Jewish Education chief executive John Hamey will also give evidence, along with Mike Zervos, the head of anti-discrimination group Courage to Care Victoria.
Three people with lived experience will also provide testimony under a pseudonym.
