The Rochester Business Network's Global Dinner at the Shamrock Hotel capped off a wonderful weekend in Rochester where the town welcomed back former locals Ron and Barry Iddles.
After the successful opening of the Iddles Lane mural, which depicts the life and career of homicide detective Ron Iddles, it was Barry's time to shine.
The chef at 360Q in Queenscliff worked together with Shamrock Hotel chef Simon Poynting to serve a delicious three-course meal with an Italian entree, Spanish paella for main and a French dessert.
“It was a huge success,” RBN president Glenda Nichol said.
“Everyone who attended the dinner had a fantastic time and commented on how good the food was.”
Around 90 people enjoyed the cooking efforts of the two chefs before watching a light show on the factory from the Shamrock Hotel balcony on March 16.
