Amber Harrison says she's not able to pay a hefty legal bill.

Former Seven employee Amber Harrison insists she can't pay a hefty legal bill after she was ordered by a NSW judge to cough up for costs following a long-running battle with the company.

The ex-lover of Seven boss Tim Worner has been fighting a bitter battle with the broadcaster since she publicly revealed details of the affair in December.

Justice John Sackar on Monday found she had decided to contest the company's claim and run a cross-claim mounted on allegations she wasn't able to back up.

"I can't pay it," Ms Harrison said after she was ordered to pay legal costs.

"They knew it would bankrupt me and the Supreme Court of NSW has helped them do it."

Seven sought a permanent gag order to stop Ms Harrison from leaking company details and argued her social media posts had breached her employment contract.
