A SERIAL criminal facing multiple burglary, theft and driving charges will spend the next two weeks behind bars.
Christopher Langdon-Avis, 28, appeared in custody via videolink in Echuca Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, May 8.
The Rochester man is charged with four counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of unlicensed driving and breaching a community corrections order and single counts of failing to stop on police direction, burglary, criminal damage, theft of a motor vehicle and drug driving.
He is also on two lots of judicial monitoring for other criminal matters.
His lawyer Matt Mahady requested the matters be adjourned to the same court on June 12.
