THE fifth annual Nanneella men’s night was another roaring success, raising $1500 for the community.
Held at the Nanneella Memorial Hall, 60 people listened to Shane Weller as he entertained the crowd speaking about men’s health and walnut farming.
‘‘We are all busy so it was nice to slow down and catch up for a fun social night with a few drinks and a feed,” organiser Brett Gledhill said.
“It’s great that we raised some money for the local community.
‘‘It will be donated to the local school, the playgroup and go towards the upkeep of the hall.
‘‘Nanneella is built on supporting community groups, so I’m glad we could do something to help out while having a great time.”
