MOTORCYCLISTS will roar through six towns as part of the annual toy run on Saturday.

Echuca’s Ulysses social motorcycle club holds the run in conjunction with the St Vincent de Paul society, collecting toys for disadvantaged children across Campaspe Shire.

Ulysses member Rob Hearn said bike riders were welcome and should bring a present for a child aged 0-16.

Toys can also be donated at Echuca’s Bunnings, Toy World and Highside Motorcycles, Lockington District Business Centre, Rochester Mitre 10 and MG trading, Corop General Store, Rightline Motorcycles and Kyabram Tattslotto and Toys and Tonny Takeaway in Tongala.

Riders are asked to arrive at Bunnings at 8.30am on Saturday and will travel from Echuca to Lockington, Corop, Kyabram and Tongala, before finishing in Rochester.

A barbecue will be held at Hotel Rochester in Moore St from 1.25pm, followed by a toy presentation, raffles, auctions and prize for best-decorated bike. For information, contact Mr Hearn on 0418 122 752.
